Pokerstars’ representative PokerStars Steve has confirmed that players that relocate outside of the US will have full access to their accounts including access to their funds.
PokersStars has yet to officially respond to inquiries regarding the exact requirements players will need to meet in order to prove relocation.

also not sure about this, the page says illegal gambling sites, but afaik i thought gambling sites weren't illegal? Also these sites arent based in the us? are the sites hosted by US companies?
