Received a check yesterday for a grand and deposited it and it cleared in 24 hours...HOLD!!

my $2,000 check just bounced today -- insufficient funds?

i highly recommend people not to use via check method. Use bank wiring or something.

Talked breifly with my dad. He is going to look at the pdf and such in the next couple hrs. His initial reaction b4 he had to go was that players need to get the money off of the sites asap. For US players If cashouts are blocked then it will probably a good idea to xfer funds to foreign player accounts for the time being with the plan to withdraw those funds and see about bankwiring them or paypal moneybookers etc the money back to the us players. I dont know for sure if this is the best plan yet since he has not looked at the breif yet. Will update with what he suggests after he has looked at it.

well ftp site shows the fbi picture for me too and i cant cash out money anymore so guess good thing i "paniced" 1h ago when i still could cashout my roll and the site worked fine.

I assume your father is a lawyer? Well, it doesn't hurt to cash out I guess, I can always put the money back in the site. On that note, it took me literally 3sec to cashout to INSTADEBIT (a service only provided for Canadians I think). If you guys need cashing out, I think I may be able to help.

FBI filed requests to have all foreign accounts given over to them. So there is a chance that foreign accounts get taken too. Although there is less chance of those accounts being lost it cant hurt to take a little bit out now for foreign players as an incase shit fund til this starts to play out. Wouldnt say full withdraw is needed, but enuff to where u wont be needing to withdraw for a few months.

EDIT: yes hes a criminal prosecution lawyer for 20 yrs now.

it might not affect us but who knows right, better have money in your bank account that others.
