the place my checks come from is in like Asia somewhere, I doubt the FBI seized those places, Ill take my chances w/ them sendng me a check.

To be clear, I use Neteller and I hope the withdrawal goes through. As soon as the case clears out and there will be no doubt that playing on PS is safe, I will deposit the money back.

I think its pointless to cashout right now. FTP already removed the option and all the processors have been stopped. So pokerstars can tell you that your cashout is accepted but I wouldn't expect to actually get your money for a long long time.

I think this is actually much much worse. In terms of the what the usa government cares more about they care 1000x more about money laundering and illegal money transfers than they do about people playing poker.

Your statement is quite confusing. Its obviously lol worse for the poker companies, but better for the players since we are not the ones being targeted.

Well I believe I receive my cashouts from European bank accounts, on which the FBI probably doesnt have any jurisdiction on so I think it's worth a shot.

Get this. My buddy cashed a pokerstars check for $1500 8 days ago. It showed the $1500 as processing to be added to his account.

Yesterday the transaction was canceled, apparently.

So those of you who are cashing out in U.S.... it's prolly not gonna work.
