I'm guessing your most safe way to cashout is through 3rd party like services like moneybookers if you have access to it. Otherwise, it's all gamble. =_=

So let me get this straight.
1. Some payment processors don't want to be involved with Pokerstars/FTP/UB/AP due to ambiguous laws on the nature of poker.
2. These giant poker companies circumvent this by creating thousands of fake companies in order to process payments for non-existent goods that are never delivered. (Probably avoiding taxes at the same time.)
3. Bank accounts get shut down so the websites decide to bribe banks.
4. Feds find out are pissed, and seize all bank accounts.
5. People whine that America is corrupt.
6. ???

I think safest is get a friend outside of us, transfer funds to them, have them cashout and then send you a check for it?

if i were to do this, is there any kind of time penalty for cashing out afterwards with stars? like would i have to wait 48 hrs or whatever to re-cashout using echeck or i can still do it immediately?
