All 4 sites were technically breaking all the laws they are charged with breaking. It was just one of those situations where the law (in this case) is completely retarded and no one seemed to give a fuck so why the hell bother cracking down on the fucking legit poker sites when they should be trying to crack down on organized crime money laundering and shit. This is really fucking aggravating that they would actually waste the time and money to enforce these laws. For people wondering about money and accounts. The FBI froze 75 of the poker company accounts. If this goes through the US gov't will seize all american assets (bank accounts, money, etc) of PS,FTP,AP immediately and will file a request with foreign governments that any foreign bank accounts associated with those sites also be handed over to the US gov't. It will be up to each foreign gov't separately to decide whether or not to comply. Also if this is a typical investigation then the US gov't has already filed with foreign governments to have the bank accounts handed over.

No, some ISPs needs few hours to update DNS and redirect to the new FBI one.

FYI the feds seized the payment processors, so withdrawing probably is not going to actually work and may actually make it more difficult to get your money if/when things normalize.
