is there a consensus that best option for US players on Stars right now is wire cashout? (im reading everything ofc but since this is potentially urgent would like if anyone could just answer this)

Have any usa players been able to use wire cashouts/echeck cashouts successfully? Are transfers still working?

Just to confirm, the Merge sites are still working fine and in no danger?
