Even though I wanted Neil Magny to win, I thought he lost that fight.

With the new rules, people like Hendricks won't go far because LnP won't be scored as highly.

Well the takedown in round 3 took place with roughly 1 min to go if i remember correct, megny clearly won the standup until sthis point, imo.

Hendricks did absolutely nothing with his one takedown in Rd 1. Thought it should ideally have been scored 10-10 but since judges don't do that, glad they gave it to magny

I agree, I think his style of fighting is terrible to watch and lame. Thing is, Magny didn't do anything for 90 percent of the fight accept try to get up and fail.

I honestly think people are just scoring it the way they want to because of Johnnys personality / awful boring style instead of the way it should be objectively based on how 99 percent of MMA has been scored since it's inception. But I admit I myself am biased.

Round 3 i actually think i agree with judges. Even tho Hendricks was in control most of the round, he did jack shit.
SS were 30 vs 6 in favor of Magny.
Magny also came pretty close to stopping the fight, and he did a good sub attempt.

Round 1 should be the deciding round. I'm surprised all 3 judges gave it to magny. You could argue Magny did more damage and was more dangerous, but if we go by current judging rules, i believe it should go to hendricks.

No... he was actually pretty active with strikes from his back and had two triangles... i would argue he did more from bottom than hendricks from the top...

I give R1 to Saff. Rounds 2 and 3 to Kim.

Kim 2-1, imo.

I had it 29-28 for Stungun too although I could see it the other way around. Whatever referee scored it 30-27 Saffiedine didn't have his glasses on in the third round.
