I dont understand what you are saying at all He's saying there is a lot of variance in a fight, and that Holm won because of a lucky kick that changed the tide of the fight. But i disagree, i think Holm dominated that fight hard.

I cant think of many fights that are a more clear demonstration of planned domination, Holm made her look like an amateur, Ronda was all busted up, the kick wasnt remotely lucky ffs, Holm literally turned her into it when Ronda had no idea where she was.

Rousey is in much better shape than last fight and at first I thought the no media thing was a negative, but after seeing that short little clip in Episode 2, it actually seems like its paying off mentally. No way to know for sure but that's the read I got, she seems calm and like she put in an ultra serious camp on the low.

Yes Ronda looks in super shape and focused. Also odds now are really close and I think value is on Rousey, especially after watching some of the previous Nunes fights. I don't really think Amanda is capable to have the discipline, movement and cardio to fight the perfect fight against Ronda. She also seems really aggressive with he strikes, often throwing herself out of position and off balance. Not to say she can't win, but if she can't catch Rousey early with some of her right hands and KO her, she is getting clinched and smashed, imo.

ok watched the vlog series. the more i see amanda nunes the more i want ronda to win. that dike cant become the face of the ufc, shes just too damn ugly even for a guy.

We all post dumb comments from time to time on LP, but this is beyond dumb.

UFC 207 will be Mike Goldberg's final show with the UFC (aka getting released, aka getting fired).

Sometime within the past 2 months, Dana White mentioned that he has a commentary "dream team" that he has been working on for awhile, and he's hoping to make it happen. He also replied to the comment that Joe Rogan would lose his job and said that Rogan wouldn't be leaving the UFC unless Rogan himself wanted to leave... ...in the original way he replied to the question, it made it seem like Mike Goldberg was expendable.

What's more, someone on Reddit posted a rough translation of an interview that Dave Meltzer did recently that hints at Ronda Rousey possibly being behind Goldberg getting fired:

"Not the newest one but the one before it in the WO Radio. They were on an MMA segment and talking about Rousey's no-media clause. The other dude with Meltzer said something like: 'This calls into question what else she can earn control over,' and Meltzer said something about how Rousey felt she was being disrespected and insulted by Goldberg in the commentary during one of her fights, and Meltzer said 'Rousey claimed that Goldberg defamed her and lowered her reputation/value.' Then Meltzer said: 'and of course he's now, you know, uhh 'leaving' soon.'"

Cut to December 28, 2016, just 3 days before Ronda Rousey's return at UFC 207, and we find out that Goldberg is leaving the UFC for good.

Until Goldberg's replacement is found, the UFC will just use one of their other guys to fill-in, like Anik, Florian, or Stann.

I know LP doesn't have very stringent moderation, but this kind of comment is way out of line and there shouldn't have to be strict rules to stop you from posting it.

(I am sure others have said worse things, I mostly read the MMA threads and HHs so can't comment on that)
