I'm going to continue aggressive BR management, ill take some shots at nl100, if i drop below 1700 ill move back down again, if i feel its a sick couple of coolers ill allow myself to drop to 1500, but no further before moving back down again.
As for today, im gunna eat some food, take a little break, chill for a while, then take some shots at nl100 in a couple hours.
Hopefully it will start well to give me a bit of a buffer. Its the weekend so i assume the tables will be soft, so i just want to run good vs the weekend donks for once!

Well I said at the beginning of the month my goal was to make 10k this month. Poker just isn't doing it for me. Decided to throw myself head first into sports betting this month.
Deposited on Nov 5...have been betting since then. Up a little over $3k so far this month. nutshot and I own that shit.
We've been posting our college basketball picks here.
But we bet just about any line where we think we have any edge whatsoever.
Later...plz to 10k+ month me. Head home for Thanksgiving break next week and you better believe he and I are going to be balling out of control in NYC yelling at the TV together finally.
I am taking a break from poker for a few weeks, maybe a month. Haven't decided yet. I'm pretty burnt out, and I'm not playing optimally -- I've never before played the volume I played in the past two months, and I suck right now.
So, I'm going to take a break.
I'm coaching a high school basketball team right now, and seeing a girl pretty frequently, so hopefully that refreshes me.
Just gonna play the FTOPS Main Event on Sunday, then take it easy for a while.
Also, doing very well in sports betting as I had hoped, along with BJLTNYK who is crushing as well.

So philrocks123 came over to my house to eat some taquitos and while I was busy he snuck on my computer and HIJACKED MY ACCOUNT!!!
He bought into penny table hi/lo for $1 and ran it up to $4, mostly on a donk call with low set when two people had straight and hitting a diiiiiirrrttty low.
AND IF THAT WASNT BAD ENOUGH, he then took $1 to NL holdem and push all in preflop with pocket kings! Someone called him with A-10 unsuited and hit two pair !!

Sorry if this doesn't make sense I'll read through it in the morning and probably post another entry making sense (unless of course somehow this makes sense)
I'd like to make a note that even though I'm pretty smashed I still play good poker so.... Notice my AF is completely different here. ie I play very loose aggressive but against someone who's just going to bluff everything off I'm basically only betting with a hand or a complete bluff. A hand with good show down value is being checked relatively often here as you can see my AF is only 1.54 here against these 2 donks (most against the huge donk who's hands against only won like 300 off the other one) and 0.94 at river cos he loved to bluff there. So basically what I'm saying is...
You don't have to play the same all the time if the situation doesn't warrent it. For example if I'm playing a LAG or a TAG I'm almost always going to bring my loose aggressive 45/36 or w/e game to the table and try to win the small pots and the huge pots and obv lose the medium pots. However against a NIT or a habitual bluffer I can't play with the same sort of Aggression frequency after the flop, or against a nit preflop. You just have to out play them if they're a nit and win the small pots and work out when they're gonna pass to that turn bet and when they're really less likely to (which is often, ie if they have 45 and the flop comes 5 8 J they're never calling two bets there, however if they have QJ they're playing till the end against me anyway so you have to work out when. However imo against a nit if in doubt check the turn. Their hands come along so few and far between that you can wait for something imo. Equally against a drunken bluffer / donk like this guy you just have to work out if your hand has show down value and call if it does. A good player often puts their opponent on a hand they can beat not the hands that beat them.
lol, made some sick calls and even though I'm 10+ drinks down I'm pretty sure my opponents were more than that as shown by a couple of the following hands (I think the fact that I was pretty drunk helped me see into their minds a little bit)
Ok basically he was a donk who made it obvious what he had. But yea good night drinking wise and good night poker wise, keeping well on track in my win rate. Sorry my blog's so lame so far I promise to improve it in the near future.

Yesterday I went for my friends b-day party and got soooo wasted. Had loads of beers, vodka and whisky. Didn't puke (brag). Can't remember a few things though (variance). Didn't manage to get up for my tutorials but it turned out that they were canceled (another brag). Had a terrible hangover (beat) but ate a kebab and felt much better. Then played a long session and as you can see above it didn't go too well even though I started it by stacking two peoplez in one hand
I'm gonna play loads more this weekend so I'll win my moniez back. I might go to the casino as well to play live a bit cause I miss it so much.

I think it's mostly a downswing but I haven't figured out how to use the EV graphs yet, so all we have is this old crap one. I will probably go figure those other graphs out as soon as I finish posting this, then edit it. God I'm stupid.
I know it's not all bad cards. I've made a bunch of bad calls. That seems to be my big problem lately. I'm doing a good job of getting it all in with my winning hands but I am taking good hands too far when they become losers even when I have a feeling I could be beat.

Dropped out of school for the spring semester from Missouri state U.
Gonna probably get a job being a dealer and get my own house and stuff and start taking classes again next fall.
also, pretty much poker has been retarded, yesterday was the most brutal beating from poker I think I've ever taken granted it was for a small amount of money it still hurt my bankroll exponentially.
I'll just throw it out in the open that if anyone wants to stake me for two $11 deepstack tournaments this weekend and the sunday 100g that would be awesome.

as you probably know the CAN$ skyrocketed (up to 1.10US$) lately and canadian poker player lost a lot of money.
a couple days ago the CAN$ dropped from 1.07US$ to 1.04US$ (+500$ for me without doing anything) and right now the CAN$ is at 1.015US$ !! so probably another +500$ at the end of the day.
i received today via FED-EX a 4.2K US$ check and i'm wondering if i should cash it in right now or wait a couple more days ?? i need opinions

A scary idea was this process meant if one person didn't press the black button the whole thing would stop and obviously the whole twilight zone approach might have been a give away but I thought it was very good short film.
As I was watching it I was saying I would definitely press the black button up until the "assistant" started trying to make his speech about how accidents always occur.

Last night was the second night of my weekly mixed game here on campus, and we like to just fuck around and play crazy wierd shit (anything but NLH) and last night we decided to play a $5 crazy pineapple SNG! It was only 3 handed because of the rain though, so I had to get on my shorthanded grind. I doubled up the shortstack early when his 34ss(5s) hit a 25ssx flop against my AA(9) and the flush came, but I came back to win the tournament in an epic HU match, profiting a ballin $10!
