What about the white privilege where a black person can pursue an african studies degree and get his degree, even though it's complete bullshit because the person who runs the departments is making sure that a lot of black people get their degrees regardless if they actually passed or not. I've thought of a thing called: Mobile Minority, where minority status is fluid. If you're part of the national demographic, you're still in the national majority, but if you're in a city where you are the minority, municipally, you're a minority.

not to mention that poverty begets more poverty. someone born into a low income household with uneducated parents in an area with bad school systems has a very low chance of success in life. crime is not a race issue, as drone said its a poverty and education issue, and until our country improves education everywhere, not just at the grade school levels, but also makes college more accessible to all, people born into bad luck are not going to have an easy time prospering.

Actually, my children will have to learn that because they are white, they will be less likely admitted into college for the same grades as a black student. I have personally been laughed at for applying for a kitchen job because everyone expects only wetbacks to work there. Because of that, I can't actually do any kitchen work. Out of all the restaurants I've worked at, the entire kitchen has always been family. Some of their families are quite big, meaning that one family will have networks at a lot of restaurants. I was always seeing a new relative of the kitchen staff coming in every month. Yet, when I want to try to get my friend a job, it's not gonna happen because the boss doesn't want anyone to think that I got my friend hired just because he's my friend.
