havn't started coaching yet, not sure if im qualified or if i would be good at it, i often overcomplicate my explanations or just explain things badly in general.

But if some low stakes players who are motivated and ambitious come to me i will offer some free coaching to try and get my coaching experience up. I think i could teach people how to beat nl100 quite easily.

yep it sure is. winrates and variance will vary a bit more playing deep games. i've run some variance simulators which say i can run really really bad even with a 8bb/100 winrate, and vice versa.
my std dev bb is 22.5 playing hu. hehe.

also important thing not to forget is it measures the variance of my bb's. If it was measured in terms of buy ins then it would probably say my variance is lower than someone that purely plays 100bb poker. It's so much easier to get stacks in at 100bb's.

how many tables do you play usually?
Your results make me really wish deep tables would be running more at 100NL + for Full ring.
