Not that difficult to implement it in a chip with a remote release mechanism. They can have many different chemicals that will be released based on what they need to make you do. However what I see from the richest and most powerful right now are measures that ill intentioned or not, have the funny habit of making the rich richer and the poor poorer. I also see an american government with more and more power, power over it's own citizens, using excuses such as ''war on terror''.

They don't have the power to start a war whenever they want though. Or at least not the power to make the people accept this. Now personally I think the probability that there are some people who are power hungry and who are willing to go that far is non negligeable, but that's just me.
Thinking about it though, it doesn't even matter and it's unjust of me to affirm my opinion without further proof.
Only thing I'm sure of is that there is a lack of compassion in our system and it shows.
