Everleaf Bans Players from United States After Homeland Security Seizes Funds The US war against online poker rooms continues as the Everleaf Gaming Network is threatened with legal action. The Everleaf Gaming Network today updated the terms and conditions across its poker rooms that prohibits any residents from the United States and France from signing up or playing on the network. An announcement is expected tomorrow that confirms its withdrawal from the US and French markets. im obviously being optimistic here, i have the same fears as everyone else that plays stateside.

100% truth is i feel a lil bit more secure on hero than any other skin, yet we all know its unsafe etc.

yes they can shutdown bank accts etc, they can do lots of stuff, and i can hope for the best, since worrying and whining it will only effect my brain in a negative fashion.

that being said, hero's been runnin strong like 10 months now, and im not gonna pull out of merge because America shutdown Everleaf, they ran and shutdown doyles room etc 2-3 months after stars/ftp.

i keep a working br on heroz and cashout once a month.

im going to clear out my bank accts and keep my monies in a safer place (ie. safe in bedroom) - thanks for that advice

if hero does go down......then i'd have to move out of country....The most important thing is people getting there wires (15th-20th) and checks from January before anything happens (if anything happens *optimism* and yeah, be smart, withdrawl that money from your bank acct immediately and put it somewhere safer.

understand and handle the fragility if you play from the states...im not saying ur money is safe at all, nor am i saying mine is, but im not gonna sit here worrying, emailing supports etc, when theres nothing to do other than be patient and hope for the best. just like a game of poker.

Instead of lightning money on fire by buying a safe why not repay some people? If you could afford one worthwhile you wouldn't have money to put in it anyways.
Theres def a huge risk of losing money on any site still allowing US players to play there and increasingly so as more sites suffer the same fate. Keep a bare minimum on there or do something else.

i haven't had any money in my pockets in a long period of time sir, all i do is pay off debts from my degenerate 2008-2009 sprees. also,most of my "debts" are from stakes from sunday mtt's where there was absolutely no time limit on how long i "had" to pay it back. 20k paid on a stake in 3 months in canada is solid and im almost out of debt, so instead of slandering ppl about things you have no fucking idea about, why don't you stop being a trolling idiot.
