Vic3Roy is a scammer and a donkey

EDIT3: I contacted him on facebook a few months ago and he said he was finally gonna pay back the rest of what he owed me, that he was over with poker and wanted to go clean about it. He said he was gonna pay a certain amount per month and finally deleted his facebook at the moment he was suppose to pay(altho I'm not 100% surprised cause he obviously is a scammer).

Here are the information. I wonder if I should just call his work and try to fuck up his job. If you have any idea how I should get back at him go ahead.

Guy back to me tonight, I'm happy that he did, seems like it's all a bad situation and wasn't actually planned. He came back and clarified the situation even tho he broke the contract he says he will pay back what he can I'm totally fine with this. Removed his personal info from there.

I also am a donkey for staking him I first thought he wasn't bad but I obviously was wrong he's fucking terrible. He can't even beat microstakes, if anyone has him on yahoo or MSN or his a friend to him I wish he would come and explain himself. It pissed me off when I found out he was logged on yahoo (invisible) while never logging on MSN anymore after losing more money at micro that I could ever even if I wanted, he also played NL100 which he wasn't suppose too at first but stopped quickly so I wasn't too pissed.) He was being fine until I said I wanted to talk(he was suppose to report every friday) to him by then he never logged on anymore (been about 3 week) and obviously is evading me, I tried calling him and adding him on yahoo and he ignored me. Worst part is I saw that he is playing poker somewhere than on ipoker where we agreed. I'm not sure if he planned this or not, too bad if he did for me but I just want to save other people from having the same thing than me.

Oh and I staked him 2k$ btw, I knew he used to play 2/4 and 3/6 so I thought I could give him a chance, not a huge amount of money for me but I'm still pissed and most likely will do everything I can to make his life miserable if he does not come back.

Not sure who this guy is but kind of messed up to just post his personal infos without giving himself a chance to defend himself on here, regardless of how likely it seems he's scamming you.

Sounds pretty much right for me to call him a scammer, I mean he has been ignoring me for quite a while without even sending me any explanation. Him being online on yahoo while I only had him on MSN do say alot too.

Like I said I will instantly correct everything/delete this thread and happily say I'm making a mistake if he does.

In my case, I have been staked by a lot of people in the past, some of them that still don't know me in real life (lostaccount, Timdawg) but I've tried my best to not let them down and try to be as transparent as possible, keeping records of everything I do with the $ etc. To the future ppl asking for stakes: you can blow up a stake and what not, in the end, its all part of the deal and busting is always a possibility, backers know that so dodging them after losing the money is by far the most stupid decision to do... Just keep a solid and transparent database of what you do with the money and you'll be fine. You can suck at poker and backers will regret to have staked you and realized they made a bad investment, but in the end you won't look like a scammer...

One sad 3-liner apology is not enough to get him off the hook in my opinion, specially when he asked half LP.net for stakes... that looks like a profitable scamming process to me.

If I were a moderator, I would definitely perma-ban him. His image is already too dirty to keep trusting him and letting him get his hands on future LPers with money that may miss this post is definitely not worth it. Its like when you go to a bank and ask for a credit. You don't pay and they put your name on the black list or w/e its name is and the rest of the banks get protected from that...

Also if Clawson had not contacted Oddeye, he would have definitely been banned from here so it is a possibility that he didn't want to get banned cause that will stop him from scamming more people, probably not many but one guy that trusts him again and sends $1-2k or whatever would make the "apology" worth it.

Like I said, his image is too dirty imo and I wouldn't trust him. Reputation is something you have to keep clean 100% of the time.
