the last 12+ months both cannabis and alcohol very easily tip me over the edge of psychosis. after 1 joint i retire to my room so i dont freak other people (and myself) out, and after 2-3 beers in public i can start to lose track of reality and have skips in my memory/consciousness.

the cannabis effects are similar, losing track of reality and going into a dreamlike state where you dont know if someone is talking to you or if you dreamed it, or if you done something or you just dreamed it. but with the alcohol i also have gaps in self control, where i might start yelling at someone or randomly take a piss in public then be like "wtf just happened" (like having blackouts but not having to be totally wasted).
