Obviously you're in a horrible mental state right now. Take a break from poker and do something that makes you feel good. Have fun. And go sell some unnecessary shit (put the gym bag on ebay) so that you feel a bit more secure in terms of cash. And once you feel mentally stable again, start regrinding from NL400. Don't let your ego mess you up. The idea that you can't play below 25/50 is BS and only going to lead to you busting your role. Take a break, come back and play lower stakes and rebuild. You'll be fine.
