During the last month or so I've managed to lose my entire BR, and put myself in debt to some of my best online friends.
I want to let everyone know that I will have everyone paid back in full soon. I made some big judgement errors and steared the wrong direction a few times after learning HU from Raszi..I thought i was unstoppable...
This was a big judgement error that cost me everything.
After losing my 8k roll + close to 2k in debt, i realize maybe this game isn't for me after all.
My aggressive br building in the past has caused me nothing but problems, so here I sit busto.
It looks like i won't be playing until i get paid next friday.
If anyone can stake me for NL2 PM me.
I'm willing to pay back 100% intrest and give my password to them so they can monitor my play, etc.
I put myself in a tough spot here,
I don't expect anything but will definately get everyone back that I owe as soon as i possibly can.

Have you ever wondered which hurts the most: saying something and wishing you had not, or saying nothing, and wishing you had?
The fact that you blow all your own money all the time is stupid enough imo. But when you start blowing everyone elses money straight out the window, with no consideration to how you'v been doing it in the past. Thats pretty ridiculus and shows no respect for the people who have been trying to helping you out. Just plain work until you can atleast pay of your debts, then maybe you can come back and ask for some help starting over.
Maybe something like that might give you abit more respect for your bankroll when you do get one again.

i lol'd for a good minute when i read the title and then the blog post, but this really is pretty sad. you really do have a problem and you should stop playing poker.
anyway I wish you the best (of luck?) about finding what's better for you. Either start of steadily with a totally improved mindset or just, you know, quit?
Before playing any more poker, you should definitely pay back all your stakers that you borrowed from. I'm sure your online friends will feel insulted if you lost their stake and then when you get a paycheck proceed to play poker instead of making an effort to pay them back first cause you think you can just earn it back quickly.

man this is sad. it's like hearing someone who's finally quitting starcraft after realizing it's not really fun for them anymore.

i too am beginning to think of quitting poker. i just dont have enough $$$ yet. hopefully this year i can build a big enough roll to go into a venture and start playing 25nl again :D
if you add tons of macro options and units and keep the old obligations like sending scvs to mine, pros will just focus less on micro which sucks imo -Floofy

ryan best of luck man you really need to see a counselor one way or another.. i'd suggest even if u do play poker again speak to one and talk to them about everything and get them to keep tabs on you. seek help seriously buddy
