when brooks is standing up like that getting cranked out, why not just jump as high as u can and come down on top of oliveira smashing him between his back and the canvas? too dangerous? |

Well, I know that if someone has your back and neck like that (I think it was on his chin/jaw area, but still deadly), you don't want to end up on the ground, especially against someone like Charles Oliveira.
I'm not qualified enough to say what Brooks' outs were in that position, but I automatically thought he was gonna lose once Oliveira locked his legs in.
Regarding jumping high, Brooks probably wouldn't be able to jump that high with a 155-160 pound person on his back. People fall to their back a lot in the position Brooks/Oliveira were in, but the guy on their back hangs on no problem. |

Do you have a blocker installed on your browser?
I use something called No Script, so I have to allow every new website and embedded link that tries to load when I visit a website I haven't been to before. Also, maybe Ad-Block could be blocking the video on your browser. |

Good performance from Thiago Alves. He stayed calm, didn't do anything risky, used his leg kicks like he was supposed to, and eventually got a KD in Rounds 1 and 2.
I thought this fight would end ITD, so that kinda sucks. Alves was too patient when he had Cote hurt 3 times or so. |

cant just give gegard the win though because chris didnt quit the ref stiopped it. once they realized legal knee fight shoulda just been instantly back on |

WOW...
What a fucking terrible way to end the Weidman/Mousasi fight. And there's no way for Weidman to get it overturned at a later date cuz of the way the rules are. |

heres's my take on it, weidman trying very hard to reach for floor to avoid the knees and get the break, ref stops it and does an acting job and everybody buys it and oversold it, everybody is so scared coz of the yoel romero knee that they rule it in favor of mousasi. it completely backfired on him imo |
