Bleh, this month has been rough. And the past couple days I've just become overwhelmed with emotion so quickly I can't think straight for periods of time. Just trying to keep that shit away from the tables is taking a lot of strength, and I have faltered for a time and played some hands differently than I knew I ought to.

I feel weak, I am weak right now, idk.

pretty much all nl50

Pretty sure I have been playing reasonably overall. Playing a very tight style and I've been 3-4tabling rush poker. I feel like I have ample time this way.

haha man I don't know about fullring.. I haven't played it since nl2. Maybe I will watch a video or two and play a lil bit of FR. Thing is my biggest frustration is how sick nitty everyone seems to be lol

i think a break will not help you in your situation. you def need a coach and see things differently coz i notice your mindset is near the quit poker state. coaching from a decent player is gold in times like these, i def recommend someone like exalted.

ouch man. whenever i feel really shitty about poker in general, i usually tilt cash-out a large chunk of my roll and play a shit-ton of tables on lower stakes, ABC only (and nittier than usual).

usually gets me back on track. anyways, you'll bounce back and smash through your EV line soon

FR is slower paced and should put you in less stressful spots. You'll also learn how to fold better .

I really recommend taking a break for a week.

yeah and this too. you dont have to stay at FR forever if you play it, it's up to you. but 1k at 25nl fr 16 tabling it in a week is easy. lots of fish in each table like any time of the day unlike stars.

yah maybe exploring FR a little bit could bring a different perspective on things

best cure for emotional instability: go running, or lift some weights... or go swimming in a moat 8D
