I think I played pretty well today considering I couldn't win a pot showdown or no showdown and just felt it wouldn't get much better if I kept playing

In non poker news, I've decided to try to get into shape. So I started doing the p90x workout plan yesterday. I almost vomitted and had a really hard time, but I'm gunna stick with it.

hi to all my fans out there haven't blogged in a while so

i've been having existential troubles lately and this affected my poker playing some what

but winning 1500 at 1/3 live yesterday really made me get interested in poker again

there was one spot I had A7c and called on button in a 6 way pf raised pot. flop comes 865 with a club, this large stack bets 100 into 150ish. i'm like call. turn comes 4. we both have 600 behind at this point and he bets 300. i'm like all in, and he mucks TT face up. lawl

played some 1/2 on poker stars just now and tore it up nawprawb

Two nights ago, I dreamed that Tom Dwan had a propbet, that he had to capture and murder three people. I was one of them. He kept us in some sort of supply shaft/vent, which was really deep. On the top there were some fenced off windows, and you could only get up there by pressing yourself against the wall and your feet against some cupboard. Still, once you got to the top, there was the fence and Dwan waiting with a hot peace of metal with a handle on it (makes sense right? otherwise we would totally burn himself) and waiting to burn us if we tried to get out. So somehow we managed to get the fence of and I grabbed the peace of metal (somehow without burning myself) and we were able to get out and outmaneuver Dwan. But then we decided it wouldn't be fair to call the police, since he had been such a nice guy kidnapping us, so we let him go.

Well that wasn't all. Last night I dreamed I was watching a video of Midian (probably because I clicked on his blog about that nl100 video yesterday) showing us his place in Korea, where he was living with susie. It was really nice with all darkwooden furniture, really classy, and sick TV.
That's all i remember.

Seems like I always dream something which has some sort of connection to what happened to me day/week before. I wonder why I didn't dream about D2, which I have been playing quite a lot lately. (I might just be the worst lvl 72 barb which is out there though)

This is the time every 4 years where everyone except from you hand-egg lovers rejoices in expectation of the football FIFA WORLD CUP.

For first time in 12 years Chile is back, and with a team that's actually capable of achieving something. I BELIEVE. Just watch the fking vid from Qualifications.

Finishing 2nd with 33 points, just 1 point behind brazil and above Argentina and Uruguay in South American Qualifications to World Cup, there's only one word to describe Chile's football national team: BALLERS

Lead by Marcelo Bielsa, a team built from scratch, the shortest and youngest national team at this World Cup. With a line up of 3-3-1-3 nothing but complete domination of the field and the opponent is acceptable.

This group of young talents, with both heart and technique, suits itself with complete ball posession and scoring trough short deep passes, vicious attack from the wings and elaborated plays.

Without yet proven S-Class players, in this well conected team it just doesn't matter. Discipline, teamwork and hard pressure on opponent makes up for it.

yeah, I am not talking about that AC/DC album or song, I am talking about me.

I quit poker about one year ago because I was on a long breakeven streak, got together with my current gf (she's polish and somewhat catholic and ya all know gambling is evil) and wanted to put more effort into my studies.

However, girls are expensive and slowly I have run dry of money so I need some fresh cash. I got some shitty students job (pizza deliveror lol) which I rage-quit after about one week, thinking about the sweet times when money came in easily by playing cards on the computer.
I didn't become a better student either, I felt like I wasted more time than necessary which I could use as well for playing hold'em.

So, all the conditions are given for infamous royal_rumble coming back and terrorizing the tables! GF may like it or not, but I am a man and I do whatever I want.

I should add here that by no means I am a good poker player, I am really bad, all I do is abusing players that are worse than me. I used to be a winner up to 1/2 but I made a deposit and had to start grinding .25/.50. I got the poker player feeling right away, bad beats and coolers incoming at a furious frequency, so I lost quite a bit and I was forced to drop down to .10/.25 on which I am struggling atm.

Anyone currently training? (Weightlifting+Cardio)

Current status (For each lifting session I do 4-5 exercizes per muscle group and I usually do one muscle group per day, but I do biceps and triceps together on one day). I exercize about 5-6 days per week.

Last intensive cardio session
-Tredmill, 1hr 6.05 miles (no stopping, but at a heartrate of 190-200 bpm )

Chest
- (Main exercize) Dumbell press 150 lbs (75lb dumbell per arm) 4 sets 8 reps

Biceps

- (Main) Concentration curl (one arm) 42.5 lbs 4 sets 8 reps

Triceps

- (Main) Cable pulldowns 100lbs (both arms) 100 lbs 4 sets 8 reps

Shoulders

- (Main) Dumbell Military press 65 lbs (65 per arm) 4 x 8

Back

- (Main Lats) Cable lat pulldowns 185 lbs 4 x 8

Legs

- Squats 205 lbs 4 x 8
- Leg press 680 lbs 4 x 10

191 lbs @ 20% body fat, height 6ft 1 inch

I would like to go down to 8% by the end of the year.

This is my last month of workouts that are kind of focusing on gaining strength, next couple months I'm going to start pairing multiple muscle groups together and doing super sets etc.

-Cassein protein powder
-No-Explode
-Fish oil tablets
-Multi Vitamin
