Why would you want to change that? If you want to help certain individuals (like Stroggoz or whoever else from LP you find at the tables), just PM them the blogpost instead of putting it out for the world to see. That way you still help them but you keep your own stuff to yourself.

It's ok to accept the fact for yourself that it's mostly for bragging purposes because otherwise (besides the money) we don't get a lot of validation/good feedback for our efforts. Helping others and posting hand advice and shit is something you do because you get satisfaction out of the reactions. It's very natural to want some confirmation and you can be proud of your results. I'm not saying it's a negative thing but you have to be careful with the information you put up. Lots of scumbags online. You just become a target to get scammed or hacked and stuff by showing off too much.

At first I thought twisted was sort of talking in a 'jealous' tone, I don't think you are, just was the tone? idk, but yes the truth is posting lots of $ sets you up for getting scammed/attempt of hacking. As for posting hands/thoughts, that doesn't in any way tie into that and is purely subjective to who you are. TBH I doubt it effects Longple's winrate much and if anything helps a few people make more $ to move up stakes and then Longple will have more future potential players, as small as that is of a % likely-hood I think it has a +net effect with money upswinging through stakes by helping out a little.

As for stroggoz, you HHs and talk would not have made your session go poorly, tbh it should give you more action. You say you want to get better/play better people and posting HHs, talking, has to be more +ev than starting a HU slightly behind against a very small % of villains and should make you critically think your starting/static plays.

yea well im a very naive person in general, thats just how i am as a person,i trust ppl, i trust ppl with money, etc have faith in the good in ppl and if i can help i mostly do, thats how ive been raised and thats the type of person i want to be

and these hands are from the swedish site, its impossible to hack or scamm or what ever, and the players i play against already know my stats since we have played 50k hands togehter, and they probably know by now that im a big winner so i dont care

i dont wanna be a huge ego nit that never gives out information about myself to earn more $

my goal is to get to 200/400$ basically (atleast be able to play 50/100$ games when they run etc etc and be a big winner in 25/50) and what happends now is pretty irrelevant for me, thats also why i take such crazy shots and bust 80% of my roll at times, i just want to earn as much skill about the game as possible, and by posting hands and results and stats and thought process sure it boosts my ego to the point of me feeling better about myself and keeps me want to improve more when i know i have ppl who look up to me

it also get a good disciussion, and as an active LP'r i want to help every1 here, especially as a coach and a greenstar, and again i dont care if i give out information about myself and then in the future play all the highstakes LP players knowing 3x as much about me then i know about them, thats still something i need to learn to adjust to and that is the type of player i WANT and NEED to beat in the end to achive my goal as a pokerplayer,, i just look view it as another good challange for me

but if ppl think its stupid i can stop for sure, im not doing free coaching and posting my thoughts about poker/writing big fucking ass posts about what i think ppls leaks are and how i got good at poker and help others to do the same just to be bragging then your very wrong, sure it makes me feel better about myself to help others, but thats the person i am irl, and thats the person i want to be online aswell on a small community site like LP, i almost view alot of you as my friends in some way

Fille, FWIW, I've never thought you posted this stuff as like an ego thing. You're a lot like me, and like to help others. I just don't do mine in a public forum :D There's absolutely nothing wrong with that, and I don't think anybody here is going to be hating on you for doing it either. That being said, you're a good person, and I believe in karma, it'll pay off for you in the long run. You just aren't really an ego-driven person from my experiences knowing you in both BW, and now poker.

I don't care whatever the underlying motives are. I think its great that you give out so much information and your HH are pretty much one of the most interesting things on this site (since most people just post standard cooler hands nonstop). Also it's fun to follow your progress.
