1 - its not my forum, i'm just a mod
2 - whenever we see that the first reply in a legit thread is just derailing it with a joke, we are going to take some action in order to 'protect' the thread
3 - i'm not against jokes or trolling. lp exists since 2005 and it's never been a strict place, but we cant allow every thread to become a rofl thread
4 - tutz was banned because of his history
