Of course you can catch HIV (you get the virus, not the disease) through other ways (i.e. blood transfusions, contact to contaminated blood etc.)

But honestly, OP is just overly paranoid here. Yes she is probably lacking moral character for sleeping with you, meaning she probably slept with a bunch of africans. But the risk of being contaminated in the first place is pretty low, even if she had unprotected sex with someone who has it.

First part is approximately what I thought too. Can't just tell people you're afraid they have aids. Girls have feelings too, someone told me.

Also I don't want a relationship. I just like having sex with her once in a while.

Not only from sex. When blood to blood contact too. Even with saliva, during kisses, but in salivia there is so little hiv viruses, so its
very unlikely to get it this way. But still, there isn;t needed much blood to get aids. But without any scratch, or open small wound I suppose its impossible.
