fake, the rar needs a password (read the comment on isohunt) and there is another "All In Poker Movie" that has nothing to do with this one...AND there is a 2009 version.

its like your feeling robbed if you buy... people think of it as a principle, "if i can get it free why pay?" in reality you make 3$ in 10m playing poker and you waste 20m searching for torrent...

i pirate stuff then if i really really respect the artist that made the movie, i will buy it later on. Only like .1% of people fit this criteria because i'm a greedy money horder

That way i don't have to pay for art unless i know it's good. Instead of paying for an unknown and hoping it's good.
It's also annoying that when you buy a movie or whatever, not too much of it will go to the director, but they are 80% of what makes a movie good(this can be proven with statistics and has been on imdb)

You guys are fuckin scrubs, I'm going to watch it tonight on vudu. I pirate when it's too inconvenient to pay (too much DRM, cant watch it where I want etc), but cmon 4 bucks, theres no reason not to. In fact I think vudu gives you your first movie free, at least thats what it was with me back in the day.

First they want $4, then they want $8, then before you know it, you're paying $15 to see a movie in high definition, when you can just wait for someone to upload the free copy that movie rental places sometimes get, or wait a rip from a cam version (which are good now since all new cameras are in HD) that someone will upload. If the movie is good enough, you can spend the $15-$18 that the DVD will sell for at Wal-Mart or wherever.

In peoples defense - I doubt anyone (with the exception of Newbsaibot) really gives a shit to even watch this movie, and the rest of the thread was/is an entertaining joke.

This is not the Chino Rheem movie...but it's the Howard Lederer movie...don't know if that's any better though.

Movie sucked. First 75% of movie is literally telling you what poker is, showing archive footage from the 70's and 80's, zzzzzzzz. I suppose if you had no idea what poker was you might find it informative, but not entertaining. The movie basically concludes with Black Friday.

i think its really important that the industry puts out a new movie every 6-8 years or so, to keep the youngbloods coming into the game so it doesn't ever die out

i know rounders got a ton of ppl into poker, and most of them never made it far, but they donated a ton to the community, hopefully that will continue to cycle
