After my rant in my last blog, I went out last night, blew some steam, had few beers, socialized and just bascially chilled out.
Today iam going to start the 'Shut up & Grind' challenge as such, where I'll post up my bankroll improvements/daily stats/graphs.
I start today at $84.14, obvioulsy playing at 2nl and moving up at a standard 20buyins working on what people have commented on in my last blog, thanks for comments btw. x

cool, go for it.
just read your last blog. running bad is something you'll get used to, everyone feels like they are the unluckiest poker player in the world most of the time. you get used to it (unless you are oddeye). just shrug, or celebrate getting it in ahead even thou you got sucked out.
the solution is what you are already doing  grind lots of hands, and have a comfy deep bankroll.

i find this a very good idea, shut up and grind is all you need to do imo.
Talking and whining about the suckouts you get isnt gonna help anyone 
But reviewing your hands is very important!
