i just went thoruhg something like this and i reviewed every single day in poker tracker and looked how much I tilted or gave away with bad play. One day was 1100, next day was 600, that really seemed to put htings in perspective especially since I felt like i was getting bad beated and whatever. I think its pretty important to review that and add up the money yo ugave away, I think youd be suprrised and it really helps with future sessions. |
