For fuck sake,weight lifting is such a bitch,recently I started to do it again cuz I got a bit fatter so need to cut down on fat and up on uscle tonage...
So far its going good but this constant pain is such a bitch.

Some fats are def bad and yes, sugar are much worst. I like smoking some weed before training, take away the pain feeling after it and makes you feel great instead. |

no fat is bad. Fat WITH sugar/carb is bad.
Read some history about evolution. Mankind has always eaten fat. Did we die ? no. Did it give us cancer or obesity ? no.

if you want to lose weight u should do some running or sth similar instead of lifting weights which is only a great deal to GAIN weight, not to lose. |

ure wrong about that too. Even from a donk perspective. Lifting weights build muscles, muscles weights more than fat and burns more calories (like that even matters lol).
Lifting Weights is really good, and make u look really good if u can handle it in the long run.

Yeah, more muscle = higher metabolism @ resting state. Since people are at a resting state for the huge majority of the day, its a great way to keep tabs on bodyfat% over the long run. |
