Got my job offer today, great to get this post-college monkey off my back. The offer is for 60k and is where I interned a couple summers ago. I am probably going to take it since it is pretty close to home, and therefore close to Atlantic City where I plan to become a 2/5 weekend reg and eventually move to 5/10 and beyond one day. I really enjoy live poker since the skill level is the same as online but for 10x the money and it is a enjoyable social experience rather than sitting on a computer grinding it out. I started out with 500 and now it sits at around 1600 in about 40 hours of play at mostly 1/2. I don't start until Mid-July, so I probably going to attend WSOP and finally meet the LP ballers. If anyone is going to go to LAPC or EPT Berlin I may be going. I have a paper due in an hour and some more interviews so good luck in your grinds in poker and in life.

man today had a good ass day at nl25, made like 230+ in like 4 hours and i felt like playing mtt and placed third on 5k gtd for 675. disappointed i didn't get first. i think im going to start playing mtts more often since before this mtt, i haven't played any in months. but yeah this was kind of a brag post >< sorry but ne wayz profit for today, 900 bux. nice =]
I guess I feel I've beaten NL25 enough with my 55k hand sample. I'll be taking a shot at NL50 sometime in the next week, and grinding some more of NL25 now that I'm totally used to it, and feel comfortable with the limit. Kind of a lame brag, but I am insanely overrolled for NL50, and kind of anxious to dip my toe in the water. I probably will start with 6-12 tables, then eventually move up to 24 tabling. Here's results from my NL25 adventures.

This win 100 buyins at nl2 is killing me now haha. Logged 23,000 hands for a $139.70 profit so far. My last 5,000 or so hands have been shaky...finally started not running too well (running into the tops of every opponents ranges) and just calling off stacks for no reason with not strong enough hands. I'm not worried though as I have come out a winner in 11 of 13 total sessions so far. I want to just move up but I think i'll stay strong to winning these last 30 buy ins before i go up to NL5. Anyways gotta get up in like 7 hours so I can go work my shitty winter break job at this supermarket from 10-6 tomorrow. Hopefully I won't be too tired so I can log like 2k hands at night, after hanging with my friends because it will be my last night here at home before I head back to school. That's all for now.
I look back. So many thoughts cloud my mind and I have yet to realize when it all began. When I dwell on the past, as I often do, I wonder: how did I become the person I am today? I search for happiness. I search for hope. I search for faith in knowing that one day I can become the man I know I am capable of becoming. Three days ago I decided that I no longer want to be the person I see when I look in the mirror.

finally clocked 40 hours of poker and im doing fairly well. i think im running good and playing good which is very good for me xD well anyways heres my stats and graph. 550 bux / 170 sessions / 17,406 hands / 40 hours / 9.73/100 bb. the stats would have been better if i didn't take a chance on higher stakes heads up game >< but oh well still good. hope it gets better
went to the dominican republic during xmas, was incredible. lots of drinks and general silliness but a great holidays regardless.
time to get back to work! intend on playing a steady amount, around 5-7 thousand a day (25-35k hands/week). gonna start that as of this very moment. keeping track of all this on a calendar, and also keep track of how often i work out/play hockey/exercise or whatever. keep as a sort of visual reminder if i'm being a lazy ass or not.
So PCA was a fail once again, I come back -15k lolol, won back 6k while playing at the airport yesterday, but down 19k today, so well fml....
I decided I actually wouldn't try to make 1m this year, I'd rather work on other areas of my life, aka health and relationships.... I'll still play poker about 30 hours a week, so I'd be happy with anything above 500k for the upcoming year.
I still don't know yet if I'll play many live events, I'll show up at WSOP for sure, maybe a few EPTs.

Im gona stop playing nl2k for a while i think...i rape it but i run like a dick so it affect my roll a lil too much -.-
So im gona concentrate on nl1k and hope to ger around 25k for that month and ill be happy
