Del Toro sir, you are a god amongst men.

Josh Brolin, Blunt and Jeffrey Donovan are also fantastic. But good lord did Benicio del Toro just amp this shit up by 1000%

*The revenant - I'm on the fence with this one, seems like bone tomahawk meets unforgiven, long-ass movie (3hours) Single shot raid sequences were really in your face and made it feel gritty and realistic. Probably worth a watch if it's free hehe. HD quality available


*Rise of the footsoldier 2 - this movie should've been made 5 years ago, going to watch it in a couple of hours, probably good

So far I've watched these and collectively they're nice to watch when there's nothing to do

One of the best Russian series of recent times, with awful but hillarious subtitles. 15 1 hour episodes.

2016 was a rough year for torrents, and movies in general. 2017 is also turning out to be another shitty year for good movies except these:





^^ both movies written by the dude who wrote Sicario and Prisoners, pretty sick body of work so far.

^ I think his best movie is Incendies. But yeah, he's done a lot of great stuff. He's from my brother's hometown. Only good thing that's come out of Trois-Rivières along with maybe one band. He's also directed Blade Runner 2049. High expectations for that one. Anyway, I only watched one exceptional film lately. It's not a kid's movie despite what it looks like.

That movie was so garbage on epic proportions. Me and my buddy waited a full year in high anticipation of that POS and did not disappoint, of how much garbage it was. Hadn't laughed so much in long time (saw it in theaters). They went inside a Whale.

All entertaining flicks from this year that I can think about right now

+1 on quoting Night Shamalamalyan's The Visit. Many memorable lol's in that movie

Just watched "It" it was pretty decent, much better than I expected, I only wish they toned down the CGI on the clown's eyes, it kind of ruins it

I apologize for that particular post, when i was about to post last night i noticed it too. I mustve been tired or derping somewhat when i posted that ages ago because a bunch of those movies were indeed bad haha. I probably forgot this was a reco page and not just a post a movie you watched thread. the trumbo, concussion, tom hanks movie were really underwhelming ones .

Btw, you forgot this sleeper of a gem. Loved this like I did Sicario

Have yet to see it for some reason, have seen alot of priase for it and gonna watch it soon for sure
