How can you call him sloppy when he completely ran through Bendo, Nate, Pettis, and Cerrone almost completely unscathed while also absolutely destroying them? Dude's pressure, footwork, speed, set ups, and insane ability to mix up his strikes makes him about as dangerous of a striker as there gets in MMA. You don't run through those 4 men like a knife through hot butter unless you are an absolute monster.
Just because he isn't a counter striker like Anderson/Conor doesn't mean he's sloppy. Dude is phenomenal.
And Holm/Rousey, yea in hindsight. Reality is though very few people saw that coming. Holly looked very, very mediocre prior to that fight. I'm talking about pre-fight perceived EV while analyzing it. Pretty much every serious MMA bettor agree's RDA should be a bigger favorite, it's just by how much. That's rarely seen from my experience.

Just a rumor until the UFC confirms it.
Also, it's a rumor because these 2 fights are the most likely to happen. If you saw Conor during his last fight against Aldo, he looked thin on fight-day, which was due to the IV ban. His coach said afterward that he doesn't want Conor to try and make 145 ever again.
Regarding Tate, she was supposed to fight Ronda instead of Holm, but the UFC fucked her over. Since Tate is the clear #1 contender after Ronda, Tate vs. Holm makes sense. Also, Ronda has 2 movies to film, and all KOs come with a 90-day suspension from fighting (and I think training, too), so Ronda won't be ready for awhile, especially since Ronda said herself that she will retire if she loses to Holm in the rematch.

I think theres a lot of value on Meisha Tate vs Holly Holm.
In the same way I thought Ronda Rousey was a good matchup for Holly Holm, Holly Holm seems like a good matchup for Meisha Tate. It almost looks like they're using this scheme to let Ronda win the belt again from Meisha Tate, because she can't really beat Holm, and create a more exciting rematch.
3.9 odds look good for that, and will probably get better.
I was thinking the same thing the other day, then i remembered what Holm did to Rousey and decided I was wrong. I doubt Tate can get Holm down easily considering ... well the Rousey fight. She might have better chance at standing up than Rousey did though, but I'm still very skeptical. If Holm is in the same shape or close to it Tate ll get demolished, but yeah I can see how UFC's plans are probably what you suggestig. Besides it seems like Rousey won't really fight for much longer so milking the max amount of money out of her is smart. Every time they asked her a question in that direction even way before the loss she was suggesting that she wont have a much longer career as an athlete
