While I was in the bathroom of a bar, a fellow from the band performing that night happened to tell me a joke. The jokes goes as follows:

What is Bowser's favorite casual wear?

To which I paused, thought, and answered, who are you, and what?

Denim Denim Denim, he responded.

He laughed and left the bathroom. I went back to my friends, retold the joke and none of them understood it, and I've asked a few of my other friends who happen to be hardcore Nintendo nerds. None of them understand it. Was I just trolled, or is this an awesome joke I just misunderstood?

btw I started telling this joke in real life and people love it and get it instantly, perhaps I'm just a master of the comedic delivery but I suspect most people in their 20's will get it quickly
