Finally one stupid character is gone! Plz plz plz let the next one be Shane, then useless old lady, Lori and Carl... what the f** was Carl doing in the execution area? What the f*** is Lori doing sitting on her useless ass next to the fire when she shoulda been taking care of Carl? She didn't know that the execution was about to happen? lol What was Carl doing getting close to the walker like that? Change that walker for a Lion or a Gorilla in chains, would he be stupid enough to get close to them like that too? Oh, and I almost forgot that at the beginning he also put in a dangerous situation with the foreign dude... Lori and Rick, both huge hypocrites, everytime they say they want the best for Carl yet NONE of them takes care of him, even when he got back from the river/walker area Lori didn't ask him where he was...

I also loled when they said that the young guy was another mouth to feed... look who's talking you opportunist phucks, Hershel and his family were pretty safe in that farm, with water, animals to eat and tons of food and the main group just landed there and started taking their resources left and right and yet they dare to say the other guy is another mouth to feed? haha

For a second I thought carl was gonna shot randall in the face something he would do in the comicc bookk. Then I remembered it was a familiy show.

Today I walked around in my kitchen for awhile, pretending I was a Zombie, sound and everything.

Ok, the series couldn't have gotten better with Shane dead. I guess a walker bite him when he and the foreign kid went into the "black zone" blocked by a tree in the episode. Can't tell exactly what happened, not enough information.

I have no clue where all that herd of zombies came from. Also, ONCE again I have no clue WTF was Carl doing at the open field during the night...

next episode is gonna be good, or bad but perhaps we'll know exactly what happened

(I saw the episode without spanish subtitles so I might have missed some relevant info)

i think it was something about using the knife that killed other zombies turned him into one? and the herd of zombies heard the gunshot and are coming towards it. at least there will be some fighting in the final episode. im so angry at this show though, such a good concept and they do such a shitty job

If you watched it live, aka the first airing of the episode, then check back later when they replay the show.

When they do the 2nd airing of each episode, they include a new episode of The Talking Dead, which is a show that talks about what happened in the most recent episode and they give you a sneak peak at a new scene for the next episode. They always have 2 new guests during each show, tonight they will have the cute girl who banged the Korean kid on the show. It's worth the watch imo.

there's been plenty of shots in the farm, including the 100 rounds fired when Shane opened the barn, don't see why a herd of zombies would be so close of the farm this time cause you gotta believe the farm was pretty damn close to that spot cause Carl was there

The "no-bite" zombies were found a couple of episodes ago when they found those two campus police zombie cops with no bites. Once you die, you become a zombie. I guess the virus only attacks dead tissue, which sounds pretty fucking stupid, to be honest. I wonder how the producers are going to explain this one since there really was no fallacy with being infected through bites or blood transmission to begin with.

Also, WTF @ Carl? When Lori is the biggest fucking hovering mudcunt of a mother and is told to completely lock the house down, she has no clue that her son is fucking missing? And how did Carl fucking find them? Is he some kind of master tracker that can follow people with no light source in the middle of the woods and at the same time not be heard at all? Jesus.

Was such a good episode until this very last moment. And wtf @ Carl not saying "Dad, behind you" when a fucking wild zombie Shane appears. Instead he takes master sniper aim, while being blocked by his father, and headshots Shane NP.

And LOL @ congregation of wild zombies just 200 yards away from Rick and Carl.

he's really important to the show. i thought it would explore different themes like people without society with shane representing a more primitive, animistic, carnal character a la lord of the flies, with more drama and development with rick trying to stay true to his moral fiber etc, and how the sheriff hat was supposed to represent incorruptable moral fortitude which is why at one point he had passed it to carl, a child and therefore innocent, etc.

and different characters such as glen and the blonde lawyer, who were supposed to represent ppl within a spectrum...

@HuHu: As for the show being geared toward stupid people, I don't know of any zombie movie/show that is geared toward smart people.

What I found weird in the latest episode is that Shane and Rick went on a long hike into the woods, only to end up on a large hill where the moon was giving them light, which just happened to be in perfect view of the house on the farm. After the show was over, they showed the 10 second clip for next weeks episode (season finale), and it showed Laurie looking outside directly at Rick and Carl, which was right in view of the hill where Shane was trying to kill Rick.

Also, what's the deal with the black guy, he hasn't been needed in the show since... Never? He's taking space. I assume he's there to fill the 1 black guy quota they must have.

Overall, I've enjoyed the show. It isn't great, but it's decent enough for me to watch while I'm waiting for the good shows to start. (The Killing, Game of Thrones, True Blood, Boardwalk Empire)

Although Shane was 95% of all the drama on the show, I think he had to go and I'm surprised they did it before the season finale. Killing him actually redeems the show a little bit for me, at least. Having two main characters gone consecutively is pretty awesome. Next should be Lori and Carl in a vat of lava.

Here is my prediction for the season finale based on tonight's episode and the entire season:

I think the farm will get overrun by this random-appearing wild zombies and I think Hershel and his family will get killed besides the hot daughter bitch. Rick and company ( original crew + hot daughter ) will escape the farm with the RV (how obvious foreshadowing was this? They had to remind us dumb viewers that the RV still existed and ran) and epic music will play while they see their only safe haven being ravaged by wild zombies.

I think the problem with this show is that they are self-aware with the premise of it and are not trying to be a good zombie show, but a good show that has zombies in it. They are failing trying to get to that part, however. I'm a fan of every AMC show thus far and while the production value is there, the writing is not. I don't blame the producers, though. They realize that zombies / vampires are the trend now so they dumb down the dialogue and script to appeal to a broader audience. I mean, the majority demographic that watches this show are the 16-24 crowd and want a Left4Dead show instead of a slow burn.
