Well maybe you are not liking it because its what you are expecting Khan, a high paced action series that keeps you on the edge of the series and this one is trying to be a realistic approach of a zombie apocalypse, showing a little bit more about how people cope with the situation.

I mean, people are saying the old mother is a whiny bitch and should stop crying and grab an Axe, most mothers cant emotionally deal with the loss of a child that age, and that is in a regular good life with a husband and shit, not between flesh eating monsters totally alone, that is by far the most realistic reaction for a mother under that circumstances.

They could have easily just made a post nuclear apocalypse series. Such a zombie tease type of show, this is the reason I hate strip clubs.

While being realistic it also managed to be a steaming pile of crap. I understand for argumentative clarity that you are telling me there is nothing wrong with the show, but like you mentioned it's just not my style and I'm shocked anyone here likes it

What do you think this show is about? Zombie apocalyse, zombies running everywhere, and you don't want random mass zombies showing up? This is what 90% of the guys watching this show are craving. Mass shotguns, mass zombies, mass bloodbath.

If I wanted to see this I would watch desperate housewives.

The producer had a hit show because zombies were dying left / right center in the first season and the humans were being desperately pushed every which way to survive.

Now they're trying to inject drama into a show that frankly shouldn't be about drama. That's why 8 episodes in we're still on this stupid farm. Guys watch this show, not girls. Guys don't turn on the TV to watch a bunch of women cry.

Guys turn on Walking Dead to see humans getting desperately chased by hordes of zombies, and having zombie brains blown apart by shotguns.

Anyone knows where i can see the new episode? because im tryin at cuevana and it says the video has been removed ;/. Is "nebraska" the new episode? cuz is weird that on the list that cuevana have is the number 8 of the season 2.

That formula works a whole lot better in movies because movies are only 2 hours long and it doesn't matter which of the characters die because we haven't known them long enough to become attached to them. Having zombie hordes every episode would just cheapen the scenes with zombies.

Series which dares killing off characters we love are often some of the best ones (as long as its done in a smart way. We don't like a character we love to die in stupid way). If the serie never kill any characters we love, then the fights and stuff gets less intense since we know the good guys won't die anyways. Its sometimes even better when the characters seems to have died but we later discover he didn't die.

Example of good series where character we liked died: Lost, Game of Thrones, Spartacus, Prison Break etc

Also, even thought you are right that putting a tons of zombies every episode might not be the best idea, having very little zombies isn't better. I agree with people who say season 1 was better. Scenes like the horse scene is why we watch this serie, not to see stupid girls cry for no reasons.

Exactly, its not a movie, you cant have hordes and hordes all the time because you are left with 3 options:

1.- You kill characters all the time and you have to introduce new ones constantly and the show becomes just a shallow shitty gore/fest with no character development etc.
2.- They kill the zombies very often, and that breaks the tensions since zombies are useless and easily dealt with.
3.- You are forced to create a very big group of people where you end up wondering (who died?.. was that the fat girl's boyfriend?)... kind of like they did in the first season but well the group has to be reduced.

The new ep wasnt bad at all, remember its not a season premiere and they just killed 2 humans who were with probably a very vicious group, shit storm incoming

Yea honestly this show is not bad, definitely watchable. It's dropped off since like 5 episodes in but i don't feel i've wasted my 45 minutes by watching it, and thats good enough for me lol.

This is the only show that I watch where I end up browsing the internet or chatting with people at the same time. 90% of the characters fucking suck; the dialogue is turrible; and the acting is some of the worst I've seen from such a highly-acclaimed show.

The bar scene was the most predictable scene in the history of predictable scenes. The scene would have gone a lot better if Rick just pulled his gun and shot those two guys before the others pulled, since the dialogue was pretty on-the-nose and you knew those two scum lords weren't reasonable. This scene could have been cut by 60% and would have been x100 better.

this show can suck my peehole

season two so far has been a complete peice of crap but I really liked season one and the comic books so gonna stick with it. Last episode had potential

Tonights episode was pretty good from start to finish. A nice mixture of death + drama, big step up from the last 2 episodes.

Dark meat was on the menu tonight, nom nom nom.
