Bank wires not going through?

This is weird, I compared my bank statements to all the e-mails of total cashouts, and I'm missing about $20k in my bank account for 09. I definitely didn't spend over $10k in 09 so there's a pretty significant amount of money missing. Is it ever possible for bank wires to not go through, and stars just doesn't notify you about it?

Just went to double check again, and I'm 100% certain 4 wires of $5k in November didn't go through/didn't happen and I wasn't notified about it. Wish I saw this earlier, going to e-mail stars.

you make cashouts and then dont check if the money is there in bank account? and you do it for a year?

are you sure you compared cashouts to banks and not also cashouts to MB/Neteller that you did send to another pokerroom?

i only play on pokerstars so i don't ues neteller or anything else.
i was doing a lot of bank wires in nov, and had money going to my account pretty often, so i thought nothing was going wrong at the time.

hm maybe mail stars so that thay send proof/some scans/screenshots w/e that the money was sent, then compare every wire from list you got from PS support to the wires got to your bank account and then go to your bank ask about the missing ones

the thing is, the money was definitely not sent, i'm straight up missing $20k from the account.

it's the bank's fault that 4 wires didn't go through? i mean if that's the case ill have to end up talking to them about it.

get form PS proof, not just you screens from account history, PS's papers, i'm sure they will be glad to help, it's in their interest too

for sure, if the money can't go into my bank account i would ask them to at least compensate and put it back into my stars account.

I once made a 20k wire to partypoker and it took them 4 months to receive it... my bank told me the wire went through PartyPoker kept telling me they didn't receive anything. I kept checking with everyone every week, 4 months later party calls me and tells me they received the funds.

lol man that's gross. hopefully you'll get your money back.

Kinda scary if true, I usually trust the bank not to mess up when it comes to these things and sometimes forget to check if smaller eft's went through.

yeah, I think this is the biggest problem.

yeah they have chat support. but prob dotn want to give it for problems that could be resolved with 1 email.
