we did a session and I pointed out a fair amount of things u had to work on and really that was just fundamental more basic things since I can't give u too many things to work on at once and u cant go up a level until u have levels below
mastered' etc. Then never heard from you again. So if ur serious about getting back on track u need to lose the negative feelings and do whatever it takes to get back to winning.

So getting someone to help you with ur leaks esp if ur moving down (which is what I think u should do to work on these things are u get try and regain that feeling of winning and cofidence which is ever so important in poker). If u don't want to work with me np, but do try and find someone who can help. I even offered that u could send me HHs after the session we had which u never even did.

Don't look at it as a failure but as a constructive move down in limits to work on some aspects of ur game. Everytime I moved down I focused on things I felt I needed to improve on some new things I wanted to add in my game, as opposed to just thinking negatively as in 'oh I suck I'm moving down to play with theese players who suck'. That mentality will basically ensure failure.

also Freak offered u his msn which looks like u never took him up on it. He thinks at a very high level and can def help you with your game so would be a waste to not take him up on that.

what i would give to have a 6k bankroll just for poker like you do. hopefully things turn around for you man. you obv got the skill. just gotta focus. me i got the focus but no skill lol... I rather be in your shoes then mine. you can regain your focus back at any time. .The skill however is priceless.

also, gl Terren. Sounds like you are doing everything right to rebuild and get your mind right. I agree with others saying take a cpl days off before you move back down. You'd be amazed at how much a confidence boost from crushing a lower limit can do for your game.

I think you have some Ego issues and some other psychological issues you need to deal with. May I suggest you take time out and read The Poker Mindset , as it may help sort out your poker state of mind.

Good luck man. I hope you run better. Do something to get your mind off of it. And don't force yourself to play too much. That can lead to more tilt and more importantly unhappiness.

restart from nl2, make 5 buyins each limit. if u dont have the discipline to play lower and not spew then quit poker.

yah I am goin to try, i guess it'll be easier if half of my roll isn't even online anyways. just hard to stay away when I really don't have much else to do + I have a burning desire to win money(even tho I simply can't atm lols)

get a hobby ...r u ripped as fuck, if not go to a gym for a few hours a day, or play a sport, or something

word, been meaning to start working out and shit but I've been wanting to get my poker in order.. i guess i shuld work on the other shit -_-

ive not been winning for four months since moving up to 200nl now i play 50nl , played worse and life tilted like hell plus had the worst and longest downswing after 2 years, i hated playing poker but somehow was addicted to it and got used to losing, how depressing is that? things will turn around coz they always do if you keep a straight head
