Calling someone a Jew because he is a one is not offensive.
However, when using this word with clear intention for being offensive is. Same applies to variety of other words in the life.

it's not racially offensive at all because it has absolutely nothing integrally to do with the fact that he is jewish; it's about his pose, and the irony that it shouldn't be funny with that song mentally dubbed over it.

its how it always goes... if its during or soon after some horrible event/conflict/whatever then its incredibly distasteful until everyone forgets about it and someone brings it back as a joke, then it is more widely accepted
