Do you think poker is sustainable and will still be similar to how it is now in 5 years time? |
not sure after pca cause i didnt pay taxes til end of year.
right now hm, i guess its like 1.3 mil after all the taxes ive paid and not including the money i have out in staking investments (regardless of whether the player has the money and hasnt sent it yet or is down).
i think poker is sustainable but will be way less profitable in 5 years |

Do you think that many winning poker players are capable of moving up levels (say 2/4 winning players) to higher stakes, but just don't try hard enough? What was the biggest necessary change you had to do to go from beating midstakes to highstakes (1000 nl +)?
How much value would you put on conversing with other winning high stakes players on a regular basis? ( I never do this and I think it stunts my growth)

online cash games. i hate dirty chips, 35 hands an hour, disgusting grumpy old men, super high rake, tipping dealers and casinos in general. the games are much easier at higher limits but i prefer playing online.
live mtts. structures are so good and huge buyins/payouts make up for how much i dislike live poker at times.
i dont drink soda.
hard to say. i love christmas and dont care too much about WSOP besides the staking side of things, but WSOP means fun summer in vegas, xmas usually means cold winter. i have to go with WSOP cause its a really exciting month as a backer
EPTs are better run, in fun cities ive never been to, have worse players. but WPTs have been very nice to me so i cant hate on them.
conan obviously
i love all women so hard to choose one, blondes catch my eye more to start out but i think im more attracted to hotter brunettes
LP of course. im not doing this well on CR am i?
FTP. ps should have added me to team stars but didnt and ftp added me and im very happy now. |

How much of your lifetime net winnings would you estimate comes from fish vs how much comes from regs you can exploit? Has the proportion changed as you've moved through the limits? |

i dont think many people are capable of it anymore, games are much harder than they used to be. you need to be intelligent, patient, disciplined and have lots of other qualities that not many people possess while also putting in a lot of hard work.
for me moving up to those levels i just had to get more aggressive and play more hands because i was too tight back in the day. thats not a problem most people have, in general its the opposite.
and id put a huge huge amount of value on talking to good players. always good to see how other players think and what they would do in situations that give you trouble, and also is a confidence booster to see that other players who are good also have problems with certain things you might |

id say about equal. im looking at PT right now and in my last 100k hands i am up 38k with most of my hands at 2/4, some at 3/6, some at 5/10 and a very small amount elsewhere, but winrate is 4.69, so im up around 94 buyins in this time.
i am not up more than 2k on any one player in this time period, and the guys im up over 1500 on are mostly from 5/10 and 3/6 games not 2/4. i am up on a lot of regulars though which is the cause of a lot of my profits, but with the exception of one 2/4 player i am not up 4 buyins on any reg so a lot of the money just gets exchanged between regs and a ton of the profits actually comes from fish. so id say its probably fairly equal, but hard to say exactly how much is from each |

i havent really bought anything since pca, which is sad. i got my parents a plasma tv which was like 3k, a fridge which was like 6k, the deck upgraded which was like 5k i think, and im going to pay to get the basement finished. i havent bought a house, car, watch yet so i havent really spent anything major.
obviously i have a decent amount of expenses with travel, food, etc but no major purchases |

1. biggest leak most MTT "pros" have (if one is too specific, a couple would be cool)
2. what advice, both general and specific, as far as adjusting, would you give to an online mtt player who plans to expand to more live tournaments? assume little live tournament experience, but considerable live cash game experience. not obv things like noticing stack sizes cause they're not displayed, etc... more strategy (open less/more, etc.) than logistics, if you can
3. hot black girl or hot asian girl?
4. what two girls came to mind when you pictured the girls from #3?
5. will you be doing any MSPainting in the near future?

What was your biggest leak when you were a micro/small stakes player? Also, I'm not sure if you coach as well, but what are the most common leaks you see in other small stake players? |

if i had 1m exactly, id need someone to pay me i think 500k. having 2 million wouldnt change my life that much but having 300k would change it a lot as id have to change plans for the future significantly. i need to be very liquid for staking |
