Glad to see you going strong! Honestly the first 48 hours are usually the hardest part of this shit so if you can make it through them you'll be golden.

well after that it's all down hill as he's past the halfway mark. I'm just thinking back to when I did a 7 day "cleanse" where I ate nothing but green veggies and drank water.... trying to up my health and blah blah... it worked out great but dear god it was fucking HELL! The first 2 day sucked the worst for me, 3 was still hard but not as bad, and after 3 it got a lot easier. I think after 3 days your body/mind start to adjust to the weird new situation.
anyway, I think he can do it. I just wish it was like 7 days or 2 weeks so we'd have a longer entertainment value out of it ^^

Milkman, trains were canceled today for 3 hours and I was on the first resuming service.
The passengers were crammed in like sardines, and I was in the corner. The temperature was super hot, 40degree centigrade (104 Fahrenheit) so obviously everyone was pissed off.
Crammed in my little corner on such a hot train, I thought of you...and the pain you must endure for 5 days =(

i assumed sleeping would be the hardest, you should make sure you dont drink water before you go to bed, make sure you do a piss and also beat off right before you go to bed, these are things that will definitely help you get more sleep.
