pretty ridiculous for some of you guys to be berating these people who are playing 400/800 and have made so much money in poker.. sliggy didn't you just start out with poker anyway? suddenly you feel ready to instaberate 400/800 players?

lol unheard of arrogance
so you are donkbetting 1/3rd pot in cashgames with all your strong hands then? seriously what kind of a comment is this? it's not that simple
I am not saying that live pros are all that and I also thought flatting the 5bet with AKs was really weird but give the led some credit hes not a retard and almost certainly had some reasoning for doing what he did.. the fact that someone who plays much higher did something we wouldn't have considered should be seen as interesting, you shouldn't just immediately assume hes a retard and start flaming
i'd also like to see how you would look playing v durrrr I wonder if you really think you could do so much better |

edit 2: yet.
edit 3: but I'm getting there.
edit 4: anyone want to sweat / coach me? anyone who plays nl100 is qualified enough. |

and I don't care if some very strong player here shows up and ends up saying that calling the 5bet WAS bad, I don't care if you were right about that it's still a fucking stupid comment
edit: i know that i sound like an asshole randomly flaming away but i'm making a valid point and u could benefit alot from it, trying to learn from better players instead of fooling urself into thinking ur better than them for emotional fulfillment will help u get better faster.. u say u know a bad play when u see one but thats bs, it's very very hard to distingiush bad from good plays in poker because you don't know the reasoning behind them, we don't know what howard would have done against a flop bet by durrr for example or how he would have played different flops, u only get to see his plan on 1 board against 1 set of durrr actions |

anyway *shrugs off forum tilt*
it's really amazing how durrrr being in the game makes the show so much more fun to watch, I don't even think he was in many hands this time but the episode was so good |

NL1k?! i would be surprised if they even won at nl100 online, this game runs fucking worse than my local $250 buy in casino game with the obvious exception of patrik and durrr of c. I mean its totally mindboggling to me how everyone else can play so fucking bad/weak/passive/tight all the fucking time, whats wrong with them?!
And i got to make an edit to respond at Jelle, Leder is playing amaaazingly bad/tight, its beyond everything i've seen in awkwardness, hes playing like a true random fish at nl25. Limp 3 betting (BIG) with AA EP when he has the most nitty image ever. Throws away PPs all the times even when they are higher than the board, and then when he finally hits his set everyone laugh inside and instafolds. And then he sums up his retardness with playing the AK the way he did, no he doesnt have a plan like you say, hes just...
"we don't know what howard would have done against a flop bet by durrr for example"
Ehh we know exactly what he would have done.
And yes im raging because inviting such players is a very unnecessary misstake because there are for sure alot of actionfilled players wanting that spot instead, and this is a tv-show right, they want action no? |

i dont think anybody is saying they're better. it's the same situation as when you're watching football and a receiver drops a very easy pass and he's open right near the endzone. if the game was goin' on at a bar, everybody would say "holy shit how can you drop that? omfg!" etc. etc.
does anyone ever say "come on guys give him a break he works really hard and i don't think you could have caught it?" no, no they don't. everybody is human and winning players are winning players because they usually make good plays. i'm sure howard doesn't think playing AK that way is good and will look back in regret. |

I think they are slipups, maybe not because of that the player himself is retarded but that most of them are playing scared money and cant play ultimitaley because of that and still they think its a good idea to sit with player like PA and Durrr whos obv gonna abuse that and play their tight limping/check-game which is so booring when players like ivey, ziig, jman and so on could be there, or at least fishes that can afford to gamble as well like eli and guy. |

well that is making a much better case for calling someone a sucky player (looking at a multitude of hands like u just did)
anyway that 88 fold on 345 really wasn't that retarded imo, it's just that the announcers go "zomg overpair to teh boardz!!!!" and can't believe he folded it but in reality hes like a flip against patrik's ace jack high.. 88 on that board may be an overpair but come on is it really that strong that laying it is unthinkable?
that limp big reraise with AA may have some history behind it or something, maybe the led does that often with AK or as a bluff? but yeah that's the play that i felt was the worst of all so i guess i kind of agree with u
just that I don't think it's all cut and dried 100% certain there could be things going on that we don't know about is all im saying |

agreed with that but it's a lot to ask, we are already getting a wish granted here with so much durrrr on the show and they also want to please the general public not just us online poker grinders
also having a nit like the led on the show can be fun imo because you get to see durrrr interact with a nit, otherwise it would always be LAG vs LAG vs LAG vs LAG... i don't think that would nescessarily make for the best shows and in the case of loose fishes like guy i even think its boring
btw when jman was on the show in an earlier seasson he got berated by the announcers for being a nit, i also thought that was gay.. i just want to see a top player like jman play doesnt matter to me if he chooses to play tight |
