It's like "damn, I want to eat sushi and steaks - can I buy out for 200k?". Ivey already offered Dwan 50k to buy-out (he said this in the live Durrrr challenge thing) and this number is going up the longer it takes.

Since everyone wants to split hairs, it's probably going to cost Ivey like 1.2M. He's always going to buyout here before eating meet, probably for 100-200k. He's never going to ship Durrrr 1M, which is the point Byrne was making.
