Walsh showed improvement, patience, and growth in this fight. He'll never be a top 15 fighter, but at least he's improving.

He used the patented Team Jackson's game plan with his use of varied kicks. His aggressive style made it hard for Sobotta to get comfortable and use his own hard body kicks that he always uses.

Arreola's corner fucked him over by not trying to reduce the swelling over his right eye. The Australian doctor stopped the fight instantly once the round was about to start.

I would've done the same thing the doctor did, but Arreola's corner did nothing to help him.

Mathews did in rd 2 what he so easily could have done in rd 1 thank god. he was trying to prove a point on the feet being tentative and shitty and almost payed the price.

Good toughness and comeback tho - he needs new coaching. These Australian gameplans have been trash out of their 'prospects' Walsch and Mathews. Terrible IQ by both.

Mexico fighters are shitty but atleast the good ones go to American Camps like Yair Rodriguez.

There's only so many shitty fighters he can win decisions against until there's none left. Kinda like Roy Nelson's UFC career, except that he was actually finishing his lower level opponents.
