I think thats good for Werdum,....? If he doesn't get pounded out for 5 rounds he can find more openings.

I would say it's bad for Werdum, since he usually doesn't have the best cardio, and Cain is faster and has better hands, so he'll be putting the pressure on him real hard.

Not you, but other people act like Cain has no power in his hands and that he MUST get Werdum down and use his wrestling to win. That's false. You'll see the difference in striking in round 1.

Still dunno how to bet it yet.

Fuck, shitty to lose that decision but was a bad bet from the start, new clue that kid was this good based on his prior fights.

I bet Rodriguez's money line +121 after round 1, then got Rosa +3.5 points +260 odds after round 2. It put me back to where I started the day, since I lost like $100 on betting Hill ML, Hill prop, Hill +3.5, and Torres -7.5 points (all of these lost).

----------

This is the worst day I've ever had for fantasy teams...

Gastellum is another one of these fighters like Cerrone that's a nightmare to fight. Heavy fast hands, can take a punch, strong physically, just a fucking nightmare win or lose.

I'm on Melendez -146 and -140.

BM has -156 in the regular section, and -140 in the live bet section.

Woww, Alvarez has unbelievable recoveries. By far the best I've ever seen. There was one in another fight that was unbelievable like that too against Chandler.

It's unbelievable how different their energies are too. Shows you how different top people in the same sport can be. Alvarez is like a butterfly external energy really light, and Melendez is like ground mexican internal tough. And the clarity is super clear, but now hes just a fucked hurt butterfly.

Eddie Alvarez is going through that Koscheck phase.

This fights on this card are becoming sparring matches, I just hope the main event is not as boring as the previous fights.

note: the rodriguez fight was exciting tho

Gilbert Melendez $29.20 for $20
Gilbert Melendez $56 for $40
Alvarez KO/TKO/DQ +750 $5 for $37.50
Alvarez $10.00 to win $51.10
Alvarez +3.5 -188 $37.60 for $20
Melendez +1.5 +109 $30.00 to win $32.70

split-decision = +1.5 cashes... I got lucky. $13 profit.

I didn't have a pony in that fight and scored it for Melendez 1 & 2.

All the marbles on Cain wrecking Verdum hear.

Cain looks tired after the first 2 minutes of round 1.

I'm not positive that Cain can go 5 rounds at altitude against Werdum actually. I dind't realize his punches were completely powerless , almost harmless. I predict Werdum starts winning and wins around 4-5. I remember thinking this could have happened.
