Camus has no outs that I can see.... when I first saw the odds my gut was to bet him if he got to +700 but now that he has I've sorta realized that I think the -1200 is probably closer to the truth considering the matchup and fact that it's a flyweight fight and Cejudo looked great physically at weigh-ins.
Additionally, if you are looking to bet him, wait until right before the fight as now the bookies will just be competing for the late money to hedge ALL of the money that has come in on Cejudo's side in an insanely 1-sided way. |
Some people are putting small bets on Camus decision +1800 to +2000. I'm passing on it, as I don't give him any outs in this fight. The only bet I'd consider is the +8.5 points at +163, but that's only at 5dimes.
I have 5 teams in the $10 event on DraftKings, added another one last night when I saw a missing link. 3 teams in the $15 event on DraftOps, and a couple Kountermove free roll teams. |

My bets pre-live betting:
+ Show Spoiler +
I'm still unsure how to bet Cain/Werdum. For the longest time I liked o2.5 rounds, but the more I think about it, Cain's style makes me think the under will hit because he always comes forward with strikes. No bet at the moment.
Werdum submission +900 $3 for $27
Alvarez KO/TKO/DQ +750 $5 for $37.50
Marquardt submission +1200 $2 for $24
Angela Hill +251 $20 for $50.20
Hill KO/TKO/DQ +900 $2 for $18
Hill decision +400 $10 for $40
Drew Dober -145 $21.75 for $15
Escudero submission +750 $3 for $22.50
Williams decision +310 $5 for $15.50
Cathal Pendred +135 $30 for $40.50
Pendred/Montano o1.5 -130 $13 for $10
Collard/Benitez u2.5 +135 $10 for $13.50
Parlay $15 for $33.41: Rosa, Williams/Perez o1.5, Collard |

Yay! Pendred did his thing as expected. I'm glad he threw up his arms in round 1 to ensure he won it, even though he landed more significant strikes. |

Looks like the altitude is affecting everyone. Everyone is much slower during round 3, winners and losers. |

Glad I didn't pay the juice for o1.5 at -185.
Williams redeemed himself.

Glad I had the hedge on Escudero via submission.
Dober is a fool. |

Why people are betting under 2.5 and KOs? You guys are aware that Werdum hast lost times and only 1 by KO right?
Yes Cains way to victory is bully him against the cage, where its hard to finish somebody and if he takes down Werdum he will be extremely careful and wont get wild with GnP, I really dont like that even bet on under 2.5 rounds at all |
Every Cain path I see to victory has Cain pounding out a tired and deflated Werdum with those right curly punches from the top in a corner, or curly punches, or elbows on the ground, or a knee against the cage. Point being the deflated exausted Werdum...Cain never slows down and all it takes is a loss of focus, Cain gets a small edge and Werdum is down a slippery slope to getting knocked out. 5 rounds of 5 minutes each its a long time, he can't last long after falling behind as Cain never slows down. If Cain wins and he doesn't knock him out, I would be shocked. Plus he looks like hes into the feeling of wanting to hurt Werdum.
|
Cain knows that he has to be super carful with GnP he cant get crazy or he will get caught by a BJJ world champ, and Werdum has the best cardio in the division only behind Cain so while I think its likely he gets the KO I dont thin its a bet, and a under 2.5r bet that is horrible.
The best bet on the the whole card is a bet of over 2.5 at even odds |

It's like if Camus wins 5%, and its rigged 10% its a good bet. |

Feels like that fight should be a draw. I also took the PueroRican reccomendation of +8.5 points, which seemed really good when I wasn't focused I just opened up a browser and took it, then was worried after thinking about it, but that worked out well . |

All of these fights are slow paced, and the wrestlers/grapplers are winning for the most part.
Tecia Torres the grappler = mind blown. |
