Yeah definitely, that guy has been playing pretty nitty and straight forward the whole final table.

Evan is trying to slowly chip up and conserve his chips for a big double up. Morgan is playing so passively it's pretty easy. The only real curveball he's thrown at Evan this entire HU was the check on 4-str KQxAT riv w QJ.. prob why Evan prefered checking the 65hh to avoid being c/shoved on awkwardly 2hT9o4h board

Well, you have like 30 or 34bb effective stacks and haven't seen what if any adjustments he's made overnight.. this is not the kind of spot early you want to play a mid-big sized pot imo! If he bets turn and Evan misses he's folding always. If he hits a jack and calls a bet (or even stacks off?) he's dumping lots of chips with the small amount of maneuverability he has. Betting with total air when checked to he can get trapped a lot.

The play was tight but Evan was still 100vpip on button and defending nearly 100% (if not 100%) oop. Morgan played most hands pre too I never saw an A2o fold.
