so I speculate that its probably just a relabeled work out supplement, which is really just a can full of caffeine, BCAAs, b12, niacin, etc. If it really is full of caffeine and basically a rebranded workout supplement, I wouldn't recommend it for poker play or other mind work except in very small doses

whats in it...doubt its a scam, it's not that hard to make a mix of vitamins, caffeine and perhaps LOW GIstuff that's in meal replacements or fat burning supplements.
Not sure but I think athenes one is marketed as a boost sort of like an energy drink, if that's the case then I wouldn't pay any attention to it since I believe more long term optimal nutrition is more beneficial.
Leaving aside that Athene is a huge douche I will talk about the product.
Basically taking this shit would be like taking a crappy vitamin pill. You could buy the main ingredients as individual supplements for the same price and they would last 1-2 months. For example the Ginko I have is 2000mg per tablet, comes in a bottle of 100 and costs about $7 AUD. Hell you may as well try some of the -racetam family drugs or noopept, take some ginko, fish oil, choline if needed and have a cup of coffee if you want to try a focus/concentration combo all for less than what he is selling (that will be more than 24 serves).
