T_T not playing with stuff isn't really an option for me... I don't know what it is add tourettes or whatever but i cannot sit still during class and concentrate. I only play 4nl so i don't even tell people i play poker, i'm not trying to adopt it as a persona like people do with weed,sports etc.

personally, if you can, i would start writing. for example, all the random thoughts that you think off instead of concentrating on the class. Or drawing.

It varies person to person, but fidgeting is fine and normal for people to do when they have to sit still and focus as much as possible. But yeah, choose fidgets that are less flamboyant IMO. Doodling, grip squeezer or stress ball are v good. Poker chips or a LOt of pen twirling, not so much. Especially since you'll be dropping them and making a minor ruckus occasionally.
