that isnt even possible as their is no actual physical look to a seizure. They can be wild spasms or can be a person blinking rapidly for a few second (my sister has epilepsy). Read up on seizure types. The hearing voices is extremely common as is 3rd person experience and loss of memory. Typically the voices you hear, if understandable at all, will be the last few thoughts u had or sounds u heard before the seizure took place. U were in a church so u talked to Jesus, if u were at a Hindu temple ud would have probably talked to Vishnu or some other Hindu diety.

But meh, just my input. Glad u arnt taking the "I must convert everyone" approach and such.

EDIT: 2 possible give aways too. What is ur native language? U will 99.99999% of the time hear voices during a seizure that r in ur native language. The "ur voice but with sound effects" and the whole out of body sounds a lot like ur right hemisphere was thinking but ur left hemisphere wasn't functioning correctly causing u to lose sense of self.

The only thing that bothers me is when people claim to hear, ACTUALLY HEAR, voices. I assume most people use the "god spoke to me" claim as a kind of metaphor. Like they got the idea to do something on their own, but attribute it to god, because they dont believe they would have thought of it themselves. The problem with actually *hearing* something is that contact from an unknown voice is likely to result in a severe psychological impact. Stress reaction when confronted with an omnipresent voice is likely to result in absolute terror. Yet you just brush it off like "oh hi there god! lulz, whats that you say? sure thing np, k thx bye!".

I mean you tell me, what was your reaction to hearing a voice that you could not see? How did you handle that?

Slowly the comments here are bringing the insanity to something more sane.

You did not see god, hear god, or feel god but you can believe in god all you want. After you physicals check out fine, this should be the easiest breakdown from a psychologist ever, which you should go see, why? because instead you are spewing none sense correlations and spreading it to other people. Just because myself and others here realize the insanity, there are others who are weak minded or emotional vulnerable and will take your bullshit assessment for face value. This only makes the viral circle of religious harm to society when it comes to actually important shit, like your mom's high blood pressure.

Please don't take this the wrong way, just find it interesting that a lot of people that hear of have heard voices and believe in the supernatural do drugs or have abused drugs at some point. Still not sure which is the trigger to which. Make no mistake man, if you have abused drugs in the past, they most certainly have changed the wires of your brain, for better or worse.

Ofc don't rule out that you have actually spoken to god, but don't rule out all the other possibilities just yet and test those that can be tested.

I wouldn't listen to the people telling you that you are crazy. If you go and get medical help they will do what they always do and that is to treat the symptoms not the cause and put you on mind numbing drugs.
The ancients realized much more than we think, today we think we are so smart because we have become atheists resulting in refusal to accept anything that isn't in the five primary human senses.
You don't have to believe in religious dogma to believe in god I've never had such an experience as yours but I draw my conclusion from all of the beauty and symmetry in nature and refuse to believe that it was all a coincidence.

I am pretty sure the fact that i did massive drug abuse from 15-20(7 years ago) years had some impact in the voice thingy.
I did a lot of halluzinating drugs at that time and so my brain is remembering that it was kinda used to seeing and hearing stuff that is not there.
Thats is the reason i dont freak out about hearing a voice....
I mean when u have done halluzinating drugs for years u see and hear many things when tripping and your brain is used to staying relaxed even when you experience the wirdest stuff.
I guess everyone who did drugs agrees about that ?

I allready said that if you want to give that shit some logic (as you obviously want to do) I ll think the most likley reason for all this happening is

that in my subconscious the dissapointment of not being able to end the dangerous(possible soon deadly) religous journey of my parents right at that Jesus healing event was so big that my body just spazzed out in a despair moment to deal with the inner pain i could no longer bear. While at the same time a godly touch would give myself a powerful position(tool) to lead my parents away from the wrong path. Overall they follow God and you cant argue with a guy who was touched by God himself ?

So to save my parents from death which would be a pain i want to avoid under all circumstances my subconscious (knowing saving them is highest priority) developed a crazy master plan that somehow just executed itself without my concious part of the brain having any part in it.
Or to say it short: I had developed some temporary shizophrenia ?

Thats what the logic part of my brain says is possible to a small percentage of ~ 5%

The problem with this is that the emotional state (that you have no insight to) that i was in when that shit started was completely different to what normally triggers such behaviour

if something like that happened to me, i'd be extremely worried about my health/sanity and i wouldn't be justifying it by a crazy master plan coming from my subconscious
