Must suck for RB pros if there are any left, they just keep changing it for the worse all these years. How much is left from circa 2008 vip program like 5% probably

"+1 you multi tabling button clicking rakeback accountants...the dream is over, back to mums basement lol "
Some numb nuts with a idiot dog profile, just consistently posting complete garbage when there is a significant dialogue going on. Surprised no one mentions how far 2p2 has slid.
Also surprised no one has boldly pointed out that stars has jumped the shark, amaya,...they took on a multi billion dollar debt and there is no hope of paying it back. The players are fighting a ghost. I don't know how long it will take us to see this.

A huge part of ex-USSR countries poker community is about to protest by stop playing online and ignore PCA and other offline events somehow connected with pokerstars, since new chages are set up. I'm in, even tho i only play around 300k hands/yr at ps. The more people join this, the worse consequences for amaya will be.

It is impossible for me to explain the extent of what I am presenting. Over the last year we have been creating a revolution for poker based on a manifesto posted under the title "ideal poker" https://www.scribd.com/doc/224948379/Ideal-Poker
Ideal Poker a piece of art created with John Nash's lecture "ideal money" that calls for a money printing revolution. Both revolutions are upon us, and we are just now waking up to it.
I cannot begin to describe the work that has gone behind this project, but instead all I can do is link you to a blog that explains it in it's entirety: http://thewealthofchips.wordpress.com/
The players have started screaming for a solution to the problems they have with the economics and regulations of the game, and unbeknownst to them the solution has been completed defined expanded and explained under the manifesto "ideal poker" and the blog "thewealthofchips".
This is a CALL!!!

Its a difficult spot, first of all I am more affected than pretty much any of you by these changes, and believe me I understand perfectly how you guys feel.
That being said if I've learned anything in the last few years as part of PokerStars (and in general) is to not judge so quickly, these decisions are not taken lightly and I don't remotely have all the facts and considerations for this decision.
So in this self-proclaimed ignorance I hope that that the future shows that these were positive changes for the poker economy.
Curious to see what happens as well, but for it to be net positive for the "poker economy" (by which I assume you mean how viable it is to make a living) then the positive effects of disincentivised regs exiting have to outweigh the (large) negative effects of money leaving the system much faster. Does that not sound overwhelmingly unlikely? Firstly it's quite hard to leave overnight since finding some alternative good use of your time takes a lot of time/effort, and secondly even if disproportionate regs leave making games better than they were pre price-hike, how long do you think that situation can last before new regs or new bots see the attractive conditions and pile in?

1. We build a simple website (Wordpress or Wix) where people can read our agenda. This is much better to share on social media than a 2p2 thread with hundreds of comments (some of them amazingly well thought-out and we can just take sections from them to the website).
2. We create a logo to put everywhere, from 2p2 profiles to twitter profiles to PokerStars Avatars. Preferably with the website address embedded
3. We launch a massive social media campaign. Many players have huge followings on social media and can spread the message far and wide. I'm not talking only about twitter, but also twitch, facebook, other poker forums and poker training sites. We can speak much, much louder than Stars.
4. We assign a committee of highly-respected players to discuss a healthier future for Poker with Amaya
I've taken this far further. On a first glance my works might look empty, but its not. I have already canvassed the best player projects in the world, and found the best developers. I developed our union, I design our revolution, I re designed the entire structure and economy of the game, I planned the bootstrapping of our tele com network. I know who all the top devs are in regards to a p2p poker. I extended the entire economic argument so we can understand and support the change
Poker has evolved as an extension of our banking system and so having the same flaws in its economy/eco system it also has the same solution. Players are looking for a way to cooperate but unfortunately when it comes to understanding what is going on Ansky and Galfond and all these players are just tools. They have been teaching players to rape the game with no fore thought of what they are doing.
who wants to listen to an hour long rant by Ansky who admittedly didn't even speak out last year when Amaya was doing the same thing. Joey asked him if he had a solution "uhhh no."
amaya has inherited a debt based business. Much like our money that is printed. They are going to run poker into the ground, I Have been pointing this out since they took over (even before!). These "pros" are idiots. We are beyond time to argue back. Amaya doesn't care about poker, they have debts to pay and all they wanted was the customer data, customer accessibility, and the payment profile.
It is so frustrating, watching these pros like galfond sell out our game. So frustrating watching players like DNeg and Baal sell the players bullshit.
HOW DO YOU SOLVE THE KEYNESIAN BANKING CRISIS?
Idiots.

Sooooo... where are all the grinders going to move to now? moving forward with these changes means grinders have no other option but to take business elsewhere right? im sure stars/ftp planned about the shitstorm that was to ensue afterwards and gave no fucks.
do they really have that much of a monopoly of the market where they can make these moves? bovada has 0 rakeback and shit drawings but USA players are limited with their options anyway.
