So you give him credit for being able to fold a Jx here? if so, i think it's ok
but u also have to ask, if he's good enough to bet the turn with a Jx.

if you don't mind me asking wat else kind of hands to u play this way? what monsters do you bet the flop and look to c/r turn or river?

betting river is a cheaper bluff and gets him to fold almost all hands between 77-TT, as well as 6Xss, which is like 60%+ of his range

Betting turn also sets up river shoves for when you hit / bluffs

what size would you reco here on turn TT? ive been in this spot so many times and size is usually the worst part of the decision here

without knowing any historia, how are we to know if this is any good?

I prefer triple barreling anyway, if he's floating flop a lot and/or almost always bet when checked to on turn, I like a turn ch-r.
after he checks back turn, he will pretty much always have Jx, 77-TT or 6xs. Most of which he will just check behind figuring he can't get value.
If I had checked turn, I guess I'd bet out about 1/2 to 3/5 pot trying to rep a hand going for thin value. After checking river and getting bet - yes, a ch-r looks good.
We can rep strong hands but he can't really have a strong hand.

outcome biased player ? (the tendency to judge a decision by its eventual outcome instead of based on the quality of the decision at the time it was made: from wiki)

When he bets river we can exclude a lot of shit from his range thus making the check/raise a lesser option from betting out river.
