Idono... If I was in this situation against this particular guy I'd definitely bet though. It's kinda dependent on how he sees our hero also...
Franwan is capable of both foldings KK or calling with <99. I wouldn't mind a value over-bet shove here or bet something like 1/3rd for curiosity call/induce spazz.
